We also believe the customer should have a choice and a standard that doesn’t compromise the quality and flavour.
A key ingredient in our bakery is Spelt flour. Many of the breads, cakes, pies, muffins, bagels are made with Spelt. We also make natural leavened breads made from our own sourdough culture.
